- Make sure that the tamper proof seal is not broken and has not been tampered with,
- Make sure that the device is asking you to set the PIN yourself
imKey requires users to set the PIN code themselves. Please stop using imKey if the PIN code has already been set after opening the device, and contact the imKey customer support immediately.
In order to avoid any property loss, please make sure to purchase imKey from official channels only, and avoid any other unauthorized third parties.
