What should I do if the system prompts you that no device is found during Bluetooth pairing?

How to solve the problem of "no device found" when pairing imKey with a mobile device via Bluetooth? Please check if Bluetooth, GPS and imKey are turned on properly and keep imKey close to the phone. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@imkey.im.

If the system warns you that no device is found during the Bluetooth pairing, please check the following items carefully:

  • Turn on Bluetooth on the mobile phone
  • The Android mobile phone must turn on the GPS service and give imToken permission
  • Turn on imKey and take it close to the phone
