imKey's checkout system is divided into two platforms: Shopify Store (used by international users) and YOYbuy (used by Chinese users).
To track orders purchased on Shopify Store:For registered members: Go to "My Orders" in the "Member Center" located in the top right corner of the website, and click on the order details.
For non-registered members: Logistics updates will be sent to the email address provided when the order was placed.
To track orders purchased on YOYbuy:
For orders paid with WeChat or Alipay: Go to "My Orders" in the YOYbuy app, and select "View All Orders" (entering your phone number should bring up the relevant order details).
For orders paid with cryptocurrency through imToken: Go to "Orders" in the imKey DApp and search for your order.
If you are unable to locate your order or track its shipment, please contact us through YOYbuy or our official website.
