  • Try turning on imKey Pro, enter the PIN code, and then plug in the data cable.
  • Wait for a few seconds after plugging in the data cable.

Yes, imKey Pro version supports both USB/Bluetooth connection.

As long as your binding code of imKey Pro's backed up, you can switch between PC/mobile connection at any time.
