Unless otherwise specified, all items sold are non-refundable.
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request for a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same original condition and original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com. If your request for a return is valid and accepted, our team will send you instructions on how to return your items. Items returned to our team without first initiating a request will strictly not be accepted and processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order carefully and thoroughly upon receipt and contact our team immediately if your item is found to be defective or damaged, or if you think you have received the wrong item, so that our team is able evaluate the matter and advise accordingly.
For defective products that are returned, you must return the product by registered post in its original condition and original packaging and detailing the reason for return within 30 days from date of receipt. Our team will advise whether a return or refund will be provided after safely receiving your returned items within 30 days from the date of your receipt.
