What should I do if...

Try the following steps:

  1. Re-plug the data cable and check whether the data cable is in good condition.
  2. Check whether your imKey Pro device is in the "Bluetooth connection" state, you need to disconnect the Bluetooth connection first.
  3. Try to power on imKey Pro, enter the PIN code and then plug in the USB.
  4. Wait a few seconds after trying to plug in the USB.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
